What is the client's involvement in the design process?
We thoroughly discuss the project with our client from the beginning. We encourage the client to supply any colour combinations, ideas and designs they may have.During the design process, the client is asked to approve specific milestones before work continues.

How do I check on the progress of my job during the design process?
As mentioned above, we will present the project to you at specific stages and wait for approval before we continue work. We find that this process keeps the client involved and prevents any breakdowns in communication. In between these milestones, you are also free to call in to receive an update.

How does the design process work?
We first discuss the client's needs and target market. We then ask for samples of existing brochures and literature that the client already has in order to attain an idea of their taste.Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind.Other times, they have no idea.Either way, our designers make sure they've collected enough information before they begin work.

What do you charge for your services?
Prices depend on many variants but you can be sure that the money you're paying is for high-quality, uncompromised work. You won't find that with most of our competitors. We encourage prospective clients to compare Imagized with other agencies producing the same level of work.If you would like us to price out a job for you, give us a call today.

Would I need to start from the beginning if I want an updated brochure?
Once work is completed on a DVbrochure, if you agree we can keep a copy of all source materials so, should you require any updates or minor changes for future editions, costs will be kept to a minimum.
